RONNIE GAUDIEL, who fronts the team and the alliance, is a seasoned conceptual designer and an entrepreneur who had his technical education from Silliman University-Philippines and CCP College of Architecture-Philippines.He holds a degree-Bachelor of Science in Architecture -1985.

Started his career with Chan $ Shahriman Architects-Malaysia in 1989 as a Project Architect and Designer after returning to his birthland-Malaysia.

At the height of the bullish"Tiger-Cubs" in Southeast Asia,circa1992,Malaysia fell short of technical staffing in the architecture and development arena.Thus RSGPartners was incepted to cater for the shortage and serve as a back-up technical firm to most architects and developers then.For years, the firm had played a role and contributed to a many of the architects, developers and entrepreneurs with respect to technical support, conceptual design and presentation aspects.

With the aspiration to expand his horizon and to gain more experience and knowledge, He migrated to the USA in December of 2002, landing himself an immediate post as a Senior Designer with Steelman Group-Las Vegas and later with Carpenter,Sellers,Del Gatto-Las Vegas, as a Senior Designer/Senior Project Manager.

In 2006, he finally decided to put up RG Concepts Designs in Las Vegas.Through the years, the firm has had prominent clienteles such as Wynn Design and Development and alliances such as W.Morris Architects; RS Sherman Architects; JVA Designs and EM Architects-to mention a few.

Ronnie's vision to merge the east and the west technical cultures and expertise was realized in 2008, where Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, The Philippines, The Pacific Islands of Guam and Micronesia, Korea and China became a synonym and a constant to his travels and projects.

More than 20 years on the practice and International Trade and Development, Ronnie Gaudiel-a "Gamechanger" continuously adheres and is very much dedicated to the very principle the firm was founded on: Quality,Delivery Conscious,Client's Satisfaction and Long Term Relationship.

JAMES VELTMAN

Architect (ASLA, NCARB)

Amongst the very few left of the renaissance master planners who are architects,planners and landscape-oriented.Graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, Jim completed the advanced planning for Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada ( The Master planned community of America) .He was also the Director and  Master Planner for the famous "Woodlands" community in Houston, Texas

An Architect and a great Designer on the move ,plying the routes from Las Vegas, Nevada-Glenwood Springs, Colorado-Albuquerque, New Mexico on to Phoenix, Arizona.A hands-on dedicated Designer and a master in sketch designs focused on Themed and Vernacular oriented projects.Eric is also the co-owner of the upcoming Marland Resort Casino on a 70-acre gaming zone in Cripple Creek, Colorado, An "Americana West" themed resort project in the "Rockies" of America.
